This month’s update focuses on several essential categories.
New housings and turbine casings
The February release introduces additional bearing housings (BH) and turbine housings (TH) designed for popular passenger and light commercial vehicle applications. These components are fundamental for complete turbocharger rebuilds, where tight sealing and precise geometry are critical.
CHRA units and hot-side components
The range has also been extended with new CHRA units, along with turbine wheels (TW) and heat shields (HS). Since these parts operate under extreme temperatures and loads, durability and dimensional consistency are key – both standard features of KODE products.
Control and actuation components
This month’s new items also include parts responsible for accurate turbo control:
pneumatic and electronic actuators (AC/ACE),
nozzle rings,
nozzle ring bushings,
position sensors,
gear components.
These elements play a critical role in variable geometry operation and ensure smooth, trouble-free installation after remanufacturing.
Supporting and installation parts
The February series is complemented by back plates, fittings, gasket kits, and repair kits, allowing workshops to complete repairs using a single, consistent source without searching for small parts elsewhere.
